Pearlie Arts provides in-app subscriptions processed exclusively through Apple App Store and Google Play billing systems. We do not store full payment details.

Account & Login Support

If you're having trouble accessing your account:

• Confirm you are using the correct email
• Use the “Forgot Password” option
• Ensure your app is updated to the latest version

If issues continue, please email support and include:

• Device model
• iOS or Android version
• Screenshot of the issue

Premium Membership & Subscription Support

Pearlie Arts Premium subscriptions are managed through:

• Apple App Store (iOS)
• Google Play Store (Android)

Manage or Cancel Subscription

Apple (iOS):

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your Apple ID
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Pearlie Arts

Google Play (Android):

  1. Open Google Play
  2. Tap your profile
  3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions
  4. Select Pearlie Arts

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Pearlie Arts does not process subscription charges directly.

Refund Requests

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google.

To request a refund:

Pearlie Arts cannot issue direct refunds for app store purchases.

Curated Access Questions

Curated Access provides structured opportunities to participate in limited selections.

Participation in curated access opportunities does not increase chances based on subscription tier unless explicitly stated within a specific release.
