Pearlie Arts provides in-app subscriptions processed exclusively through Apple App Store and Google Play billing systems. We do not store full payment details.
If you're having trouble accessing your account:
• Confirm you are using the correct email
• Use the “Forgot Password” option
• Ensure your app is updated to the latest version
If issues continue, please email support and include:
• Device model
• iOS or Android version
• Screenshot of the issue
Pearlie Arts Premium subscriptions are managed through:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Pearlie Arts does not process subscription charges directly.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google.
