Welcome to Pearlie Arts.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pearlie Arts website (https://www.pearliearts.com), mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Pearlie Arts LLC (“Pearlie Arts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a curated access platform connecting collectors, artists, wineries, and cultural experiences through editorial features, premium access opportunities, and limited releases.
Pearlie Arts is a curated platform — not an open marketplace.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
By using the Services, you confirm that:
• You meet eligibility requirements
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Pearlie Arts provides access to limited, curated releases and opportunities (“Curated Access”).
Curated Access features:
• Structured participation
• Limited selections
• Transparent processes
Important:
• Participation does not guarantee selection
• Odds depend on total participation
• No purchase is necessary where required by law
• Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors or administrators
Full Official Rules may apply to specific releases and are incorporated by reference where posted.
Pearlie Arts may offer a Premium membership subscription.
All in-app subscriptions are processed through:
• Apple In-App Purchase
• Google Play Billing
Pearlie Arts does not directly process subscription payments.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel at any time through:
• Apple ID Settings (iOS)
• Google Play Account Settings (Android)
Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple or Google.
Pearlie Arts does not issue direct refunds for in-app purchases.
All content within the Services — including branding, designs, text, images, and platform structure — is owned by Pearlie Arts LLC or licensed appropriately.
You may not:
• Reproduce
• Redistribute
• Modify
• Exploit
any content without written permission.
You agree not to:
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to manipulate curated access systems
• Engage in fraudulent behavior
• Interfere with platform operations
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
Artists, wineries, and featured partners maintain ownership of their respective trademarks and intellectual property.
Pearlie Arts does not claim ownership of third-party brands displayed on the platform.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
• Continuous availability
• Error-free performance
• Selection in curated opportunities
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearlie Arts disclaims all implied warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Pearlie Arts LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

We reserve the right to:
• Suspend
• Restrict
• Terminate
accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you reside in Canada, local consumer protection laws may also apply.
For Canadian users, these Terms comply with applicable federal and provincial consumer protection and privacy regulations, including PIPEDA where applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
